Avoid Staining Foods and Drinks

  • For the first 24-48 hours, avoid foods and drinks that can stain your teeth like tea, coffee, red wine, turmeric, and dark sauces. Your teeth are more sensitive to stains right after whitening.
  • Dark-colored drinks, Coffee, tea, red wine, soda, and dark juices.
  • Dark-colored foods, Berries, soy sauce, tomato-based sauces, and chocolate.
  • Acidic foods and drinks, Citrus fruits, vinegar, and carbonated drinks, as they can increase sensitivity.
  • Smoking or tobacco products, These can quickly stain your teeth.
